The Residence

The "Villetta" holiday apartments are situated in the beautiful scenery offered by the bay of Canneto, a tiny seaside village with all the comodities : Post Office, Chemist's shop, Bakers, Grocers, Bars and Restaurants. The apartments are elegantly furnished and fully fitted (air conditioning, telephone, colour TV, refrigerator and washing machine) and additional rooms with spacious private outer areas (typical Lipari Island style rooftop terraces), beautiful gardens that surround the entire complex and a private car park. They are 100m distant from the beach. A direct bus/shuttle service runs from the Villetta Holiday Apartments to Lipari old town that's just 2.5 km away.

All the apartments have the sea view and two floors (Ground-1st). The extensive green areas, some of which are open to the residents, give the holiday apartments, a look of rural cottages.
The apartments are located in the seaside resort of the island of Lipari, an old fishing and mining that took its name "Canneto" from its ancient cane fields. It became, the most important seaside resort of the island.
